People next door running up and down the steps!

Location, size, extra bathroom. Area is beautiful and close access to beach and pool. Parking was fairly easy. Would definitely recommend place.
Floors didn't seem cleaned and our bare feet were black. No tissue boxes and dining room table and chairs are a bit big for space. Some noise from neighbors up and next to, but that's not owners fault. Suggest a better door mat that catches dirt and sand before entering unit.
