Excellent location! Beach, store, kroger...

The carpet looks old and dirty. The bathrooms are clean! But i think they need a remodeling.

several repairs needed - towel bar in upstairs bath is missing, rubber around kitchen disposal is almost gone (safety issue), HVAC in downstairs is loud and may not be working 100%

It was easy to enter the house with a code, which was emailed/messaged to use prior to arrival. The location of the house was easy to find. Very spacious house and we loved being right by the golf course. Having a washer/dryer was a plus, especially with a family of 4.

Starting with the outside of the house, we felt that some of the chairs could be replaced with new ones. The back deck needs a good power wash. The floors could have been cleaned. The carpet could probably use a scrub and the floors did not seem clean. Our socks/feet were black by the end of the day just walking around the house. The AC did not work properly downstairs. The fridge was rusty at the bottom. I did not use all of the cookware/utensils, but the majority of what I did use I had to clean before use. There was a knife that I pulled out of the knife block that was dirty and had a little bug on it (still alive). I had to wash it before putting it back into the block. Some of the silverware was still dirty and a couple of the pans had to be washed before use because they were also dirty. The little compartment in the sink area had a dead bug in it and used sponge. We only stayed 4 nights, but the conditioner in the shower upstairs ran out, so it's a good thing we brought our own from home.
