These popular 2 and 3-bedroom villas have spacious floor plans with private baths adjoining each bedroom. You also have easy access to the ocean via a private path to the beach. FIRST FLOOR
LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
The living room has stylish new furnishings including a large sectional and armchair, TV and a sliding glass door to the deck. Past the living room is a dining table that seats six.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has been completely renovated and features a breakfast bar for two. There is a filtered coffee pot and a Keurig as well as a tea kettle, to accommodate all guests' routines. There is a door off the kitchen for easy access to the back deck.
BEDROOM 1
The first bedroom is located downstairs and has a king bed, TV, slider to a private golf-view balcony, and a fully updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
SECOND FLOOR
Fifteen steps lead to the second level with two more bedrooms and a loft. The loft hosts a twin sized bed.
BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 has a king, TV, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a private balcony.
BEDROOM 3
The last bedroom has a full-sized bed and two twin beds, TV, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and private balcony.
OUTDOOR AREA
The sliding glass doors in the living room lead to a deck overlooking the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. There is a gas grill and an outdoor dining table with seating for six as well as plenty of lounging chairs to enjoy relaxing afternoons on the deck.

Always enjoy Hilton Head. Villa comfortable and clean. Kitchen dated. Saw 3 deer. Caught 3 starfish and one day caught over 100 sand dollars,mostly about quarter-size. Strongly recommend eating at Kenny B's, Fancy Sushi,and Super Baked Pizza. Staff at Island Gettaway super nice. Locked my keys in villa and brought keys to me in no time. Will be back next year.

small kitchen, dining and living room, too small for 9 people. Need larger trash can in kitchen, dispostal not working, boarms on deck loose, I tripped twice, limbs need trimming walking down steps off of deck. Bedrooms and baths great.

Bedrooms. And baths were great. Kitchen, dining and living room areas were too small. Grill on the deck was wonderful. Loose boards on the deck that I tripped over several times, limbs at the steps need to be cut back.
