AC unit malfunctioned last 2 days in the home AND, the lowest you could set it was 70 degrees....In the south, cannot mandate this. I understand THE POSSIBILITY OF FREEZING, but we keep our set at 69-70 in Ohio. This was an issue as the house was rarely cool.

I Loved the location, the floor plan and the amenities! The patio and grill were great as well.
The kitchen had a few spots where there were ants and the bedrooms and baths had a few spider webs and spiders. The sheets and blankets weren’t as clean, but I managed to strip the beds and washed them in the provided washing machine. I also wish there was a way to extend the stay online or give an option for that.
