* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Evian features a spacious pool and sundeck, plus lighted tennis courts and 4 brand-new pickleball courts to keep you moving. The beach is easily walkable or bikeable, with access to Shipyard's private beach club, an extensive trail network, and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center.

The Villa was perfect, all high-end amenties and furnishings. Awesome location away from all the noise and the balcony was furnished with a great table and lounge furniture which was nice to eat out under the awning but lounge without it. Unit was well stocked with coffee/tea/sugar etc. All around we enjoyed the space very much. I would absolutely stay there again.

One of the finest vacation rentals in which we’ve ever stayed. The photos were terrific so that was our first impression. After chatting back and forth with the owner Melissa, I was sold on staying here. It was our first time in HHI so i was doing as mush research as possible. Melissa answered each and every question with experience and honesty. The condo was in one of the best areas on the island. We like our privacy and the feeling of being off the beaten track. Nicely tucked away. The condo is lovely and comfy. Everything one needs. We stayed for 9 days. Our only disappointment was the distance from the beach. Not close enough for us to walk comfortably but a 5 minute car ride. That was acceptable. If we go back to HHI this would be our absolute first choice for accommodations.
