I liked the close proximity to transport and amenities, and the sea view was great. It is also a peaceful complex.
The unit, its furniture and look are quite outdated.

Awesome place with great views. Facilities are good and pool is always clean. Flat had all cutlery and nothing was needed. Highly recommended. Residents are friendly and helpful.
Lots of stairs - Didnt see braai area by pool so was walking to bottom braai area first 3 days - killed the carves.
Flat only has 1 bathroom and sharing with 5 people was challenging.
NO balcony for smoking.

Location was excellent.Shopping Mall was in close promoxity.Spacious accomodtion.
Communication was not great.Had to wait for about an hour before check in.We had to leave at 10.00am on checkout.Toilet rolls and dishwashing soap was in short supply.
