Apartment in Porto Sokhna Pyramids for Families

Everything Awesome view 🪟, clean and neat apartment, all facilities existed. Finally, many thanks to Mr.Mohamed AbdElhamid for the quality, creditability and his quick and positive reacting.

first of all I would like to introduce big thanks to Mr. Mohamed and his assistant Mr. Ismael was a gentleman and helpful. The apartment was very nice and very clean and had an excellent view I don't forget the golf car driver Mr. Sobbhy was very helpful

All bed matrices was not comfortable at all

The place owner was friendly, the place had great view.

First of all you're not dealing with the chalet owner, you're dealing with Porto, you're dealing through Brooker service, so you're not treated either as owner nor hotel guest. The place was too crowded, we couldn't check in till 2 pm, people at the customer service office were not friendly and after we received the chalet card, we couldn't find the chalet key, had to wait about 20 minutes for it. Parking was for 75 EGP a day, then you have access to a very crowded beach, with no service whatsoever, no chairs nor umbrellas. You can't access owners beach cause you are renting, despite renting from the owner through booking not from Porto. You can't access the owners pool and only renters which was very crowded and smelly. We were handed the wrong apartment card and had to use the service elevator not even renters elevator. Overall it's not worth the money at all.
