Hosting team was very quick to respond to my communication. The facility is relatively new and clean. The location is good as it is very close to Roxy square as well as two metro stations on the blue line. Metro Supermarket and fast food complex ChillOut Rock-C are also in walking distance.
It is very close to a overpass road so the rooms on window side were noisy. It was not owner's fault though, the elevator was not working on the check-in day, and water got slow sometime that let water heater unable to push hot water in the bath room occasionally.

الشقة جيده جدا وهي في الدور السادس والاستاذ بشوي وأيضا مايكل كانو متعاونين والمكان مريح والخدمات متوفره والاسواق قريبه والوجهات التنزهيه الهامه في المدينه كلها قريبه من مكان الاقامة ، سوف اعود مرة اخرى متى سنحت لي الفرصة ان شاء الله
