the apartment is lovely, perfectly comfortable, and super restful . our hosts, who live upstairs, were wonderful - friendly, warm, generous and gracious . directly outside the front door is a pretty seating area and an amazing back yard w. a story book view of the beautiful countryside, which we will remember for a very long time .

A Taste of Tuscan life. The hosts are super friendly, very helpful and in general - excellent! The accomodation is clean and comfortable and the views are spectacular. There is a lot to see in surrounding areas if you have a car and equally the beautiful town of Anghiari itself can be explored on foot. Highly recommend!

I can say only positive about this beautiful place. Unfortunately, it was just one night. But all was exceptional good 🌟 The host was friendly and polite. Clean and cozy room with minimalistic design. The view was simply great, we were happy taking our dinner outside. Thanks for staying. Outstanding view from the expansive yard all across the valley and mountains and location right on the edge of old Anghiari. Everything clean and modern. Hosts were very nice and went out of their way to make sure everything was super comfortable.

Amazing location,

Location was extremely close to the old town and had great private secure parking. Our host was great and very accommodating. I recommend staying here when visiting Anghiaria and will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Splendid location, 5-10 minutes walking to the old town of Anghiari. Splendid "Toscana" panorama over the valley. Nice natural garden with olive trees and free use of tomatoes. We received from the very kind owners a bottle with very good olive oil (home made) and we were allowed to pick tomatoes from the vegetable garden. Such good tomatoes we never ate at home. Also we received a bottle with local white wine. The first stones of the house dates back something like 1400- 1500. The interior is decorated very nicely respecting the age of the house. We were with 4 people and we liked very much the huge space (two bedrooms, big kitchen room and a big living room). We had very nice weather, but in the nights the apartments remains cool because of the thick walls. From Anghiari you can both rest nicely in the garden and also make a lot of daily trips to surrounding villages and cities (varying from very small ones to cities like Arezzo or Florence). The house has no swimming pool, but this was not a problem, we went 3 times with our boys to the swimming pool in the nearby city Sansepolcro. This is a large and quiet public swimming pool with a good atmosphere were you can also take some food and drinks.

A room with a view

It was compact being a studio apartment but everything we needed. Very recently refurbished the property was in excellent condition. The hosts were charming and we appreciated the fresh figs straight from their orchard!

Struttura che ha confermato anche da parte mia, i giudizi positivi degli ospiti precedenti. Monolocale veramente carinissimo, con una eccellente pulizia e che si trova fuori del centro storico di Anghiari ( distante 10 minuti a piedi), con il vantaggio della quiete e del sicuro posto auto. Una menzione particolare ai proprietari Giuseppina ed Enrico, persone disponibili e gentili che ti fanno sentire a proprio agio nella loro struttura
