Um hotel onde não encontramos problemas a relatar, tivemos uma estadia agradável e sem destaques quer sejam positivos ou negativos. Muito bem localizado, de fácil acesso e bem central, a duas quadras da matriz e da região comercial.
A burocracia no check-in foi demasiada, muita lentidão pelo excesso de informações cadastrais solicitadas.

Café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedades. Limpeza também muito boa, com cheiro agradável em todo o hotel. Cama confortável. Funcionários atenciosos. Localização excelente, muito bem localizado.
Ar condicionado não funcionava no ar quente, mesmo deixando-o ligado por mais de 1 hora. Estacionamento descoberto. Atendentes simpáticos e solícitos, porém com dificuldade em situar as ruas da cidade e informar sobre lugares para comer próximos do hotel.
