Просто великолепные апартаменты. Чисто, красиво, отличные постели, кондиционеры, мебель... В доме находится маркет "Таврия В", где всегда можно что-то купить. Предложили подземный паркинг: просто безумно удобно, не надо искать место, где запарковаться. Удобное расположение для отдыха: до Аркадийской аллеи 20 мин. неторопясь до ближайшего пляжа где-то так же вокруг много мест, где можно покушать и отдохнуть

Рекомендую, дуже гарне розташування. В квартирі є все необхідне. В будинку є супермаркет. Чисто, затишно, гарна комунікація.

Гарна квартира, є підземний паркінг, що дуже важливо. Є резервне живлення ( на воду) На жаль плита електрична і не буде працювати під час вимкнення світла. Є дитячий майданчик. Зручні ліфти. Біля будинку є магазин та кавʼярня. Є одне прибирання на 4-5 день, дуже зручно. Загалом враження гарні.
Є маленькі нюанси але не критичні Подушки були як на мене не дуже комфортні, і двері в одній кімнаті скрипіли.

Затишно, тепла квартира, все необхідне є у квартирі, зручний підземний паркінг і теплий
Не скрізь чиста підлога в квартирі, чистота постільної. Немає нормального поряд супермаркету.
