Check in and out easy and fast. Room was standard but so clean, although towels and toiletries feels cheap. View from hotel balcony was really beautiful, just facing the sea. Beach was clean although so many corals to swim. Ordered food from room service meal and they were delicious, fulfilling and not expensive. Tried their spa for 350,000/hour and was good. Kayak, canoe, and bicycle at price around 150,000/hour. Good library with decent books choices.
Location is far from anywhere and at night the road can be dark but don't worry it is safe to drive anywhere in Belitung.
The gym was outdated, dumbbells feel lighter than it used to be, treadmill machine was spoilt. Breakfast choices are so so. Not so many options, need a lot of improvement. I had to wait 10 min for my hot americano every breakfast, although we were the only guest.

Everything was amazing. From the very welcoming arrival by the staff, to the most incredible room and view one could hope for.
Loved it!

Nice rooms, beach access, swimming pool, gym and very friendly staff.
Empty property, very slow service at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Limited options from the menu.
