דירת חדר נקיה בקומה החמישית. חדר כניסה, סלון, חדר המקלחת ומטבח - הכל עם דלתות. נקיה, מאובזרת ומסודרת. מזגן. מרפסת. טלוויזיה טובה עם נטפליקס. בסביבה יפה ובטוחה, במתחם בתים מגודר ונעול. הבעלים אנדז'יי הוא איש נחמד שגר בדירה הסמוכה, הקשר איתו היה מצויין. חנויות ומרכזי מסחר בקרוב: קרפור, ביאדרונקה, לידל.
מרחק גדול ממרכז העיר: 35 דקות נסיעה בחשמלית מספר 52 מתיאטרון סלובצקי, ועוד 10-15 דקות ברגל עד הבניין, בעליה מתונה. זאת שכונה Osiedle Europejskie והתחנה האחרונה Czerwone Maki של מספר אוטובוסים וחשמליות. קנינו בתחנה כרטיס שבועי לאוטובוס וחשמלית ב-54 זלוטי. אם תרצו כרטיס חודשי, ניתן לקנות אותו במשרדי KMK , תחנה Poczta Główna, ul.
