Jane was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The accommodation was fair value for money, but the room can do with an upgrade, for example the shower curtain is a bit short and a small table for the electric kettle will help. The door tended to stick and parking was tight, but that said, we had a good stay and restful night.
