Expensive for the lack of service

The deco is nice

Had to wait to get the room when I had explain every thing prior to reaching the hotel. Had to pay extra 150 euro for shooting and 200 euros guarantee on top of the 295 for the room. Service was slow and not friendly. Room was cold and heating took ages to warm up. Noisy: Work in progress in the hotel.

the bathrooms and bathtubs

There was construction happening in the quad nearby also the staff was misleading by saying the bar was open when it wasn’t. No gym no pool No bar. we had three rooms there and the man working the nightshift attempted to kick us out thinking we all couldn’t have been guest. rude

Best hotel in the köln

We really love the room. It was so comfortable. It was very nice to welcoming at the hotel with the smile face. The receptionist Yusuf was very kind and help us to figure out the city. I will absolutely comeback here.

Tastefully designed hotel, aesthetically pleasing. Enjoyed my stay.

I love the design of it, nice decor and the layout was comfortable and room very spacious . the staff were so lovely, the hotel was clean, parking on site, 24hr bar service.

it’s location unfortunately draws it back if you don’t have a car, there’s parking on site though .. and I suppose you can use one of those scouter things to get around.

If you like the style, this hotel is just perfect. Clean, with amazing rooms, a wonderful bathtub and a classy design. Even the soap is black and in line with the overall concept!

Effortlessly cool

Probably one of the coolest hotels you could find. Incredibly good value for what you get. Complimentary drinks on check in/out. Rooms are massive and impeccably styled.

It’s about an hours walk from the city centre or a 10 minute train ride. Although it’s incredibly stylish it is lacking a restaurant and a gym/spa would work well here too.

Great location for our needs, good value and safe neigborhood - and a unique and comfortable room

Was attending events at Live Music Hall, hotel is close to the venue and also only 10min walk to S-bahn. Easy to get to city center for shopping and museums. Motif very interesting and different. Beds and bath facilities very comfortable, and the extra bath tub in the loft was unique. Room very comfortable, local area seemed very safe for walking.

Nothing really that we didn't like. It would have been nice to have a small table and a couple of chairs in the room. The desk in the loft was good for doing a bit of work, but a table in the room also would have been perfect.

bad service, bad smell can not recommed any more

great looking, special atmosphere

as soon i entered the suite it smelled bad like sweat. i asked the Reception at least for room parfum or somthing to change the bad smell… they said they dont have i shall open window and AC abd it will change….. it did never change at stayed all night disgusting. beside that it was 34 degree and the AC did nothing in the room only Fan function we were sweating in the room but outside the room waww ut was super…. we asked for at least Ventilator or to change room…. nothing happed then after Midnight we went again to reception and said please another room were AC function or please send us to the nearest Hotel… suddenly they said a room is free we changed room and Thanks God the AC IN the new room did function

The decoration, the “black colour”

We couldn’t take a shower for two days. There was no warm water. everything we get to hear is that they can’t do anything about it. how am I supposed to go to the airport now and catch a flight without even taking a shower? very amateurish staff, we payed extra for private parking, when we arrived the whole parking lot was full, and other cars were parked double so other people couldn’t go out. broken heated floor in the bathroom so it was always 28 degrees in the bathroom, the thermostat was not adjustable. You will get sick for sure in this hotel, once you leave the room the corridor is freezing just like you stepped outside.

Very interesting conception, beautiful lobby, friendly staff. However, the room quality is quite disappointing.

Located far away from city centre ( about 20 minutes by metro ) and about 10 minutes by walk to the metro station, in a very residential neighborhood without many commerces. No breakfast due to Covid, which is understandable but really not convenient especially in this neighborhood. We are attracted really by the aesthetic reasons, although the spaces have great potential but the refurbishment show a lack of functionality and the materials are mediocre.
