I will definitely comeback. The host is super nice, explains well, smile always. The room is well equipped, well maintained. Easy to go to many places. It is near busy roads. The host explained that we feel sometimes the building moves, also there were earplugs so I was afraid of the noise.
But I was totally okay without earplugs, I could sleep well. Much better than other hotels that other guests make noise at night.
Nothing. There are no elevator and 5 th floor but no problem.

The location was really good, in a quiet neighborhood within 15 minute walk of the metro, condessa and Roma neighborhoods, and a lot of the museums. Tons of really good food nearby, especially the evening taco stand right across the street. The room was simple, comfortable and had all the basic kitchenware to cook at home.
Not much, we really enjoyed it. There's not an elevator in the building and the room was on the 5th floor which was perfectly fine for us, but if you're unable to make that trek on a daily basis it might not be for you. They do clearly mention this on their booking page though.

the place is great - well located, there is a FULL TIME STAFF on the site - because the entire building is AirBNB. The front door is with a code - so you will never get locked out. The place is well equipped, although no broom and dustpan to be found.
the bed was as hard as a rock. the street noise is very loud (may bother others more than it bothers me). There is no elevator - (which may bother others on the 5th floor more than it bothered me) - there is NO PARKING whatsoever, so get used to plugging the meter (or using the app) or get a VERY expensive ticket - like I did... lol

Nice location is Juarez, in a quiet street and yet close to many cool places - small studio that is great for a quick stop, it has a fridge and amenties to make food - maybe too tight for 2, but great for a single person - there is a small dining table and decent wifi to work - bonus: two friendly cats live inside the building and are happy to come say hi, in case that’s important
The bathroom size - not enough sun gets to the room - but nothing bad

Somebody waiting for me.
Easy to communicate with the owner.
Close to the public transportation and good restaurants and accomodation strores.
The terrasse on trhe roof.
Because of the cold weather, in Mexico between Dec 22-26, the temperature in the appartment wasn't always comfortable. Was very cold at night. Any way to make it warmer. Air conditioning has'nt a WARM mode.
Also the five floors to climb without an elevator showed me I am not in so good shape. (but it's not the owner's fault).

Big living room, fully equipped kitchen, and average shower. The host provided detailed check-in instructions, and they let us know beforehand that the apartment is located on 5th floor. The location is close to lots of the restaurants.
This is the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. The apartment is right next to a busy highway, where the traffic is non-stopped 24x7. At some worst times, the entire building was shaking. Even with the earplugs, it wasn’t easy to sleep through the night, nor to mention the flimsy blinds not able to block much sunlight. There was no hairdryer when we arrived, and the host didn’t respond until a day later. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work properly.

The stairs, they don't have elevators and we stayed in the 5th floor. But it's was fine when your not having to carry so much up.

Much bigger than I expected. Very clean, well decorated room. Friendly service. Nice area. Excellent value.
Overall, it was excellent and I would certainly stay there again. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs. I was on the fifth floor. Also, there is some road noise.

Great and very helpful host. it’s a good price too because the apartment is located in safe zone close to the center with a lot of restaurants and tacos all over the street :)

The location was great to go anywhere. Easy access to subway and nice place for a walk.
The bathroom has a funny smell. Maybe because the drain system. They need to check that.

The room was exceptionally clean, there were all the basics needed for cooking, iron, towels, etc. It was very central. One day I walked to some of the best museums in Mexico that are ten minutes away. The internet works fine. The attention was through messages, all very friendly and efficient.
It is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. The views are inward and ugly, but the crystals are translucent, and you don't have to see them. The television only receives an open signal, limited.
7.0 / 10.0
Location is good, staff are friendly and attentive (though not available 24 hours), plenty of cookware, internet worked well, bed is comfortable.
The shower…is a problem. Scalding hot and cold were the only temperatures we could coax out of the blasted thing over 11 nights! The sinks were also clogged and, inexplicably, the wall between the bathroom and the rest of the apartment is semi-opaque glass!

Can't complain much for the price except not having elevator.
There is no elevator if you are staying on 4th or 5th floors and that could be problem. Also if your room does not have AC then the fan provided in the room makes a terrible noise and you need ear plugs for comfortable sleep.

Alfredo is one of the most attentive, kindest, and most amazing hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in all of my travels. He is quick to respond and super friendly! The location cannot be beat, especially for the price. You are near Parque Chapultepec which has multiple museums, the zoo, and just is in general a pleasure to enjoy. Every Sunday they shut down Paseo de la Reforma (the main avenue) for people to walk/bike/roller blade and it's AMAZING! Plus there are a ton of EcoBici posts nearby for you to easily rent a bike. Rio Lerma is 1 street away and has about 8 billion amazing restaurants. I loved my stay so much! I can't wait to come back again!!
There are only 2 complaints I have about the place:
1. The shower is extremely finicky. It vacillates VERY easily between freezing cold and so scalding hot as to burn your skin off. I was there for 12 days and I only managed to get the shower to be lukewarm bearable for longer than 10 sec maybe 2 or 3 times. The temperature adjuster is extremely difficult to adjust to a temperature that is tolerable for a human.
2. YOU WILL NEED EARPLUGS IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER! Alfredo (the owner) was extremely gracious and provided me with 2 pairs. I made liberal use of them and they were all the difference in the world for a good night's sleep. The sound of the traffic nearby on the Avenida plus the man that rings a bell constantly when the trash car is around 7am multiple times per week is enough to wake up the dead from their sleep. Ear plugs will be your best friend.

The location was great and the apartment really spacious and well kept. I was worried about the noise from the motorway but being on the fifth floor, it wasn't too bad. No lift though but the stairs aren't too bad.
The fact there's no lift. Other than that a great option in a great neighbourhood.

Good equiped clean apartment, perfect neighborhood, fast responses on WA, we enjoyed this stay, thank you!
5th floor without lift should not be a problem if you are young :)

Good Location. small Kitchen included
5 Floors no elevator. big road nearby, so ist was noisy
9.0 / 10.0
Everything was clean, there is a small balcony, the bed was comfortable, most kitchen equipment was there. Free water (outside the room). Good WiFi. Two cats inside the building.
When I came there was no one at the reception and I did not find the (well hidden) doorbell. The building was shaking every few minutes because of a nearby highway. Fifth floor w/o elevator. A bit loud, but not excessively. The metro is 15min away.
