Centrally located to shopping, European Village, and just across the bridge from the beaches. Take advantage of the gorgeous walking trail along the Intracoastal located just across the way from this newly remodeled property. The remodeled designer kitchen complete with granite counters, classy cabinetry, and high end black stainless appliances sets this property above others. Overall it was nice. The furniture needs a bit of updating. Great area for walking along the intercoastal waterway. Close to shopping and dining. Would have been nicer if we were told the pool and hot tub were closed before we booked. Also I feel the damage fee should be refunded if there is no damage.

This condo was nice, neat, we kept finding hair everywhere . However, I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a child/ren. We weren’t able to fully relax due to the old woman with two dogs that lives on the 1st floor. She complains about any small amount of noise. The people above us were stomping and making noises but it wasn’t bad, it just let us know that someone was living above us on the 3rd floor. My 6 year old was ready to go home after the 3rd day and so was I.
