MENA Plaza is located in Barsha 1 within 10 minutes walking distance from Mall of the Emirates and within easy reach of Sheikh Zayed Road. It is clean, with a modern and stylish look to the rooms and with very friendly and professional staff and security.
The air conditioning in summer is set to come on at full blast every 20 mins from ceiling vents before it goes off again. It keeps the room at a 22.5C temperature on average but is icy cold when it comes on, to the extent of hitting you fairly full blast across the head and torso. If you’re sensitive to cold air, this is an issue that needs looking at in summer.

Good location
Complicated strict procedures they didn’t want have me check in because my kids didn’t have their physical passport with us.
The is a weird voice continuously coming from the windows like knocking.

Clean and accessible to groceries , restaurants and MOE
It's not like but something to improve. In our room I observed that wash basin sink is blocked and ac cooling issue.
