    I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this property was extremely disappointing. I stayed here for more than 15 days and spent over AED 3,500 on my accommodation. Throughout my stay, I always paid the Tourism Dirham Fee at reception before checkout. During my final three nights, I experienced a temporary issue with my bank card, leaving only AED 60 outstanding. I explained the situation to reception and assured them I would pay as soon as possible. Instead of showing understanding, the staff repeatedly called my room every 30 minutes and even sent a bellboy to my apartment around midnight, repeatedly ringing the doorbell while my wife was asleep. Harassing paying guests over AED 60 after spending thousands of dirhams is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was only one of many problems. I had to change rooms twice because of bed bugs, and I have photos to prove it. I was also given a towel with someone else’s blood on it, which raises serious concerns about housekeeping and hygiene. Another incident involved a manager who approached my wife and repeatedly asked which room she was staying in without first identifying himself. His approach made her feel uncomfortable and lacked the professionalism expected in any hotel. Service was also inconsistent. Delivery drivers were not allowed upstairs, which is understandable, but reception often refused to bring deliveries to guests and simply told me to come downstairs because they were “busy.” I also requested ice and was surprisingly told to buy it from outside the hotel—something I have never experienced at any hotel. To be fair, not every employee was the same. Mashuk, Amrita, Naim, Riyad, and Ahmed were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were the only staff members who consistently provided good customer service. Having previously worked as a Restaurant Supervisor at Armani Hotel Dubai, I understand the standards expected in the hospitality industry. Sadly, this property fell far below even basic expectations in terms of professionalism, hygiene, and guest care. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes meaningful improvements because, based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
