The hotel staff are incredibly attentive.
The food is a high standard a la carte and varies daily. The menu is adapted to yoir personal needs/preference which is very helpful as I have allergies I never missed out.
The hotel is in a very peaceful location with views down to maspalomas it really is a retreat - but the daily bus makes the resort accessible if you like.
The key situation was a bit tricky - they are proper keys and you only get one set, the hotel gets locked up after 10ish. If you are out or arrive after 10 its hard to get in. They do warn you of this but I still panicked one night when I thought Id lost our key. I suggest a keycode on the external doors in case you accidentally get locked out.

Peaceful, quiet location. Very clean throughout. Good choice if you want to disconnect completely from noise and crowds. They also have a nice garden as part of the property. The weather was perfect (last week of May).
They offer free of charge a shuttle to the town (leaves at 10.30) and back (picks you up from the city at 15.30) which was a nice touch (considering the location and lack of services, a must).
Empty minibar (not even water; could pre-order 24h in advance some chocolate and alcohol package), no room service, no lunch service. A two-hour gap with no food or drinks available anywhere on the property (pool bar closes at 17:00, dinner starts at 19:30). Hot breakfast only on request, with a long wait each time. Fixed dinner menu with minimal choice. Suite had two twin beds instead of a king, mattresses kept shifting apart.

We absolutely loved everything! It’s one of those places where you feel welcome from the very first second. The staff is genuinely kind and takes great care of the guests. Every dish we had was incredible, paired with the good service, it made for a great combination! There’s plenty of space to enjoy your stay and privacy but, most importantly, return home feeling recharged! 🙌
