Good but needs some improvement

The apartment itself is in a stunning location; views from the garden of Mont Blanc and it's walkable into town (30 minute walk to Chamonix), with a lovely garden that's great to spend time in the summer. The living space is very large and comfortably fits the whole group, the kitchen is very well stocked and made it easy to spend a long time there. There's washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. so was able to have a comfortable stay. I will say that the company that host the apartment, were very quick at responding and fixing issues which was really useful. I would definitely recommend, but there are a few things that need fixing and I think it's overpriced.

To be clear, I've raised all of these with the company that manages the apartment, and they were very responsive when I contacted them with initial issues so I wouldn't be surprised if they get these issues sorted too. Due to the price of the apartment I feel that I can be quite picky and transparent with what needs improving. Bedrooms: 2nd bedroom is not comfortable at all. The bunk bed is an absolute nightmare, it squeaks if you even think about moving or breathing, there's not enough storage for clothes, and the shower itself leaks and there's nowhere to hang any towels. There's only one toilet - this is me being picky but you've got 2 bathrooms but only one toilet is very frustrating. Quite bad mould in both shower areas which I've flagged with the company. Frustrating to have to go into town to pick up and drop off the keys.

Good

A cosy little apartment with a pleasant living room and very good location. Very well equipped. Close to a train station and not far from a supermarket. Splendid views from the property.

Bedrooms are really tiny. Having the shower and bath inside the rooms is awkward and creates problems with humidity. Sadly, the place hadn't been cleaned well before our stay - there were plenty of spider webs and dust.

Very nice place. Gives you the impression you're in a remote place. The house is close to a small forest and you can often see squirrels and deers coming next to the cabin. Also the appartement is very nicely renovated, everithing's new and clean.

The beds are awful. The bed in the main bedroom is small and with a spring mattress ...very bouncy.... The bed in the small bedroom is actualy a bunkbed for 3 persons but ...OMG it squeaks like hell.... no way... None of the beds are comfortable 😒 Also the floor is cold like ice, so you need to wear shoes all the time. For a nice appartment like this, it's a shame that it doesen't have good beds with mattresses. You can pass the cold floors, but the beds....That's what's stopping me from comming back a second time. Shame...:-(

Superb

The property is very nice and located in a beautiful environment! It has a great garden and an excellent view (from the garden) on the mont blanc massive. Chamonix centre is a 20-minute stroll away. The apartment was nice, clean, and has everything you need.

The only thing we disliked were the beds. We were with 4 and although the bed in the master room is ok, the bunk bed creaked on all sides. We had to put our matrasses on the ground. No problem, but not really what we expected.

Decpite everything we had a lovely time in the apartment, and if repaired, will definitly recommend

Location of the house was vey good. Very quiet area. Kitchen very well equipped. Large rooms

After a few days there started a problem of wetness on the floors in both bedrooms. We could not leave anything, like suitecases on the floors. It ended up with real puddles. On the last night there was also leak from the windows (although the shutters were closed). We informed Happy holidays (The agent) about the problem and they replied that they are aware of the issue. The apartment needs major maintnance!!

Le séjour s’est très bien passé et a été agréable

L’établissement est , très beau et très bien équipé. Il est situé dans un endroit joli et agréable, un peu à l’écart mais pas trop loin. L’emplacement est vraiment beau et plaisant.

Malheureusement, il y avait de petites araignées un peu partout, ce qui pouvait être gênant.

Vergeblich, Nähe zu Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Apotheke. Sehr ruhig mitten in der Natur. Outdoor-Aktivitäten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut ausgestattet.

Etwas kleine Waschbecken für Nassrasierer.
