疲れが吹き飛ぶ出張になりました！

当日、予約したのにも関わらず宿泊料金が安かったのが魅力です。無料の製氷機が暑い時期には助かりました。いつも部屋で飲みますが、缶のままではぬるくなってしまうので、カップと氷は大活躍でした！イオンも近く立地も最適ですね。朝食も美味しくリーズナブルだったので次回も利用したいです。ありがとうございました。フロントの対応も心地よい感じで癒されました。

朝陽があたって気がついたのは　窓側の壁紙にホコリが付いていた事は残念だった。夜なら気がつかなかった。

お部屋は清潔で思ってたより広く良かったです。お風呂との段差がちょっと気になりました。部屋からの眺めも良く気持良かったです。

提案ですが… 送迎バスは大宮行だけでして… ライブでほとんどの泊まり客が同じ場所に出かけるので有料でいいので送迎バスがあるとさらによいです。

1Fイタリアンレストランが美味しくて良かった。掃除が行き届いており清潔感があった。１０分ほど歩いて　イオンがあり何かと利用できた。イオン前からバスを利用して新都心駅まで１０分ほどで行ける。

連泊で猛暑日で外出を控えて日中部屋で過ごす時間が予定よりも増えた　窓からの景色を楽しみにしていたが隣の建物が見える位置のため曇りガラスで埼玉の景色が見えず残念でした。

A nice and accomodating stay, though slightly difficult to get to from the station.

Clean and mostly comfortable! The staff did what they could to accomodate my limited Japanese and their limited English, and I appreciated it. There's an Italian restaurant next door that also holds a buffet breakfast if you pay extra.

Location was a bit far from the station. There's a bus that goes from Omiya station to the hotel though, so if you have your IC card you'll be fine, unless you come back after 11, as the buses stop around then. The hotel can organise a shuttle bus for you, but it doesn't go on Mondays.

スタッフの皆さんの対応がとてもよかったです。清掃員の方もにこやかに挨拶をしてくれたのがとても好印象でした。お風呂のお湯の調整がレバーで簡単にできるのは他のホテルでは湯加減調整が青と赤の二つでするので簡単でとても助かりました。個人的には疲れてホテルに戻りコンビニに入浴剤が売っていませんでしたが、ロビーで準備をしてくださっていたのがとても助かりました。USBのアダプタを忘れてしまい、レンタルをさせてもらいましたがいろんなレンタルがあるのもとても助かります。とても快適な３日間でした。

気になる点はありませんでした。

清潔で簡素なところ。従業員の方が親切でした。窓からの眺めが良い。

バスルームの排水溝の匂いが少しに気になりました。コンビニが付近になく、歩いて10分ほどかかる。夜道だと少し怖いのでホテルに着く前に買い物を済まされることをおすすめします。

A modest and affordable hotel, that offers outstanding service quality and comfort for the price you pay. The staff are helpful and attentive, and rooms have pretty much everything you would need.

It’s not the easiest to get to if you’re a non-Japanese speaker using public transport.

I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve stayed at the property. Good price, great service and all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Would recommend it to anyone looking up hotels in the Omiya area! Super convenient if you travel by car.
