寝泊まりする分には良かった、風呂場には入る気がしなかったが、

基本的な設備があり、スタッフの対応も良かった

風呂場が掃除されてるか疑う、浴室の中にかなりの量の毛があった、バラバラにある感じではなく、一塊になっていたため一目でわかるほどです。

便利、快適、良い滞在でした！

立地。夕飯無しのプランでしたが、大宮駅周辺にアクセスしやすく便利でした。また、チェックアウト後、昼過ぎまで車を預かってもらえた（追加料金なし・車のキーはフロント預け）のは助かりました。朝食ビュッフェは、品数は多くないけれど、和洋（中）一通り揃っていて満足です。フロントの皆さん、笑顔で丁寧な対応をしてくれ、とても気持ちよかったです。

駐車場の入り口がわかりづらく、場内は激狭です。ワンボックス車の方がしばらく切り返しを繰り返していましたが、結局諦めていました（外に停めさせてもらえたようです）。軽なら狭いけれど問題ありません。

大宮駅前エリアでリーズナブルに泊まれるキレイなホテル

廊下や室内はリフォームされていてとても綺麗だったので気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。また室内にコンセント口がたくさんあり、便利でした。

室内が狭く、入った時にはびっくりしましたが、シャワー浴びて寝るだけだったので特に問題ありませんでした。

体が、充分に休まりました。

バスルームの排水が、スムーズだったのが、良かった。ベッドが良かった。スッキリ起きられることができた。シモンズベッドだそうです。お得感ありました。

アメニティは、フロント脇から持っていくのですがやはり最低限つかう物は部屋にそなえつけいないので朝になって綿棒だけ取りに走りました。出発時間が決まっていてバタバタしてるのに、あー、綿棒が無いのであわてました。それくらいです。リーズナブルなお値段でありがとうございました。

ただ寝るだけなら最強！

大宮駅まで徒歩5分圏内で、コンビニはさらに近くアクセスは良かったです。食事処や娯楽(カラオケ)も少なからずあったので、素泊まりなら結構コスパいいです。

シングルに素泊まりでしたが、部屋やユニットバスがかなり窮屈に感じました。また、最低限のタオルや歯ブラシ等は部屋に備え付けてありましたが、髭剃りやちょっとあったら嬉しい日用品がロビーからの持ち込みだったのが少し手間でした。

旅と地域の印象が悪くなった。

大宮駅から近く、コンビニも付近にある。建物は古いが部屋はリフォームされていて綺麗です。　　　　　　　　友人はベッドの寝心地の良さに感動していました。　　　　フロントで淹れたてのコーヒーを自由に飲めるのは嬉しかった。

フロントの方やレストラン朝食の男性のスタッフの方の対応が残念だった。週末で忙しいかったのでしょうが、お会計の際、笑顔も無く電卓を音が出るくらい雑に提示されました。施設についての説明なども一切なく、親切な対応ではなかった。

駅から近い、5分くらいライブ後疲れていたのでさいたまスーパーアリーナからタクシーで帰ったら1,600円だったリフォームをやったばかり？豪華では無いが内装がきれいシングルの部屋で泊まったからか、とても静かで隣りの部屋の音、外の音も全く聞こえなかったベッドは広くマットレスはとても良かったアメニティは最低限(歯ブラシ、ハミガキ粉、洗顔、カミソリ、へアブラシ、ボディタオル)あるけど化粧水がないのであれば完ぺきなんだけどなぁ

シングルの部屋は荷物を置く場所がないのでテレビ台の横の僅かなスペースに置くか、ベッドは広いのでベッドの隅に置くか（笑）床に直おきになってしまう床のスペースも狭いので、スーツケースを広げるのはベットの上しかないエアコンの強弱はできるが温度調節は出来ないので室温が合わないとつらい

ツアー旅行の前泊なので泊まれればいい。

ベッドの寝心地が良くグッスリ眠れた。

フロントの対応が笑顔が無く、事務的な対応だった。チェックインの時、スタッフが３名いたがどの人も下を向いてて、こちらから声をかけなければ受け付けられなかった。他の2人は研修の説明のようで話に夢中でこちらには目も向けない状態だった。

部屋はリノベされていて綺麗だし古さを感じることはないけど、少し狭すぎると感じました。部屋で何か飲んだり食べたりするような机や座るところがないし、スーツケースを床に置いて広げるしかないのに床のスペースも狭いので、不便でした。電源や充電用のUSBポートも複数ヶ所あるところ、朝食が良かった点です。
