青碧のお部屋のロケーション最高 対応スタッフが日本人で良かった。 食事も良かった。ウナギのしゃぶしゃぶ、ふぐコースも。
河豚のポン酢は好みがあるので要望に答えて欲しい。 すだちの追加を頼んだら1,200円と言われてがっかりした。

环境优美，房间舒适，温泉非常好，员工服务很好，餐食安排很好。
部分餐厅没有窗，看不到景色，比较压抑，希望调整或改善！

餐食不錯， 好吃。不过不知是不是因为我们一家人有12个竟然随便安排我们在图书室吃饭， 一点吃饭的privacy 还有feel都没有， 后来经过沟通才分成两间独立房间用餐。
1） 琉璃房的客廳是往下凹幾層的， 對於長輩半夜去床如果不小心會很危險 2） 另外我們三間房當中有一間竟然半夜有蜈蚣爬到手上、棉被上， 嚇到驚叫， 半夜大家起來抓蜈蚣， 第二天跟飯店反應， 他們一聽沒咬到說放心了， 就當沒事了！ 後面要住宿一壺天的旅客要很注意
