Visit local attractions - Transport World; E Hayes and Sons where you will find the worlds fastest Indian Motorbike, Otepuni gardens, Otakaro Park, Stead Street Warf to name a few and the Queens Park Golf Course is only a stones throw from Villa Lane along with Stadium Southland and Velodrome.
We take pride in providing an appealing, welcoming home so that your stay is a comfortable, memorable one. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, stone dine and electric fry pans many utensils, pod coffee machine and complementary continental breakfast supplies. The sparkling bathroom has a plentiful supply of fluffy towels, hairdryer, straightening iron, toiletries and first aid supplies.
Snuggle up in the comfortable Queen bed with crisp linen, cosy bedding and pillows enjoying the 28in TV while you unwind after a busy day.
There is also a 32in TV in the lounge
Although a car is not necessary there is parking right at the door and plenty of extra parking for guests.

My husband and I recently stayed at VILLA LANE Boutique Accommodation and were very impressed with the privacy, the cleanliness and comfort of this beautifully presented villa. The fine furnishings and décor made our stay very relaxing, while the wide range of kitchen and bathroom supplies were welcome.We were also pleased with the location. It is very close to Queens Park, where we took a leisurely stroll in the warm afternoon sun soon after we arrived. The other bonus was being able to walk into Invercargill CBD in 15-20 minutes. Our host, Jenny, made sure everything was in place for a memorable stay and we highly recommend VILLA LANE Boutique Accommodation to anyone visiting Invercargill.

This apartment had everything needed for two. Fesh flowers were a nice touch.. It was presented with great care and flair. Everything eorked well. Highly recommened

The wotif communication was great but then it switched to Vbro which was both annoying and unnecessary doubling up on messages and needing to join to communicate via email.

Very comfortable, quiet and cosy. Host Jenny does an excellent job ensuring all essential as us and extras are ready for use. No need to run to the shop for last minute supplies…it’s all there! Loved our stay!
