This was an incredibly clean and spacious little place to stay. What was ideal for us is that it was so close to the Southland Hospital (2 minute drive, 5 minute walk), supermarkets and the city centre. My son required surgery on a dislocated elbow after a snowboard accident in Queenstown and this place was a haven for us. The bathroom was big enough to put a chair in to sit down and the whole place was well heated. Kitchen was amazing - very clean! - and so good to be able to cook a meal in. (After 4 days of hospital food, this was very much appreciated.) We were incredibly grateful to find such excellent, affordable, and well located accomodation.

The property is spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable and warm.
The side table and coffee table are very wobbly and need to be repaired or replaced.
