The host was incredible; very professional and the service provided was of a 4 star hotel I would say. They provided tour service and it was a fantastic private tour! We payed 50 euros per hour and the driver/tour guide took us all around the island. We could also have chosen to go to a winery, a catamaran, etc.
The room architecture layout was interesting, and the spaces from the entrance to the room were neat.
The breakfast was SUPER nice!! We loved having breakfast at the balcony <3
One of the primary reasons we stayed there was for the hot tub, and it was not really hot, it was lukewarm during our March stay. We highly suggest the host to put a proper strong jacuzzi heater for the colder months.
The facility paths need automatic lighting for when guests leave in the night, it was difficult to see our way, also considering there are cactus plants around.
The room, bathroom, and terrace furniture needs a deeper cleaning. The terrace chairs were dusty, the bathroom sink/walls had hairs, and the room floor could have been cleaner.
Only one toilet paper roll was provided, at least 3 rolls should be provided. Also only 3 coffee pods were provided. We were 3 adults for 2 nights, which 3 pods were not enough. Its better to provide many pods and people take what they need. In general providing more quantities of things is perceived by guests more luxurious rather than basic/discounted stay. Also it is more relaxing not having to write the host to ask for things.
The bathroom ventilation is not sufficient, all bathroom surfaces gets very wet after showering.
In general I would not have stayed in March, as the city is quite dead in general. But Niki Restaurant made up for it! Wow.

The owner is very very sweet. We need to put our luggage at the hotel until 5pm but the receptionist closes at 4pm, so she proposed to come back purposely to open the door for us. Besides, the breakfast was good and we enjoyed the hot tub a lot. The room is clean, wide, television with YouTube and Netflix, perfect for a leisure holiday. The location is 10 mins walk to fira center so it is calm and quiet with a perfect view.

Everything was perfect - the room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Irene at the reception was amazing, always kind and willing to help. She even let us store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. And we absolutely loved the super cute dog, Dukas!
There was nothing we didn’t like.
