The views, central location, easy access to beach and promenade. The unit and complex while dated is spotless and has all amenities you need for a short holiday stay.
No noise complaints. We were robbed of our packet of chips by a cheeky monkey so if you are indoors, keep all food locked away.
No aircon on living quarters. But there is aircon in the bedrooms.

Easy access to the beach.
Nice beds and bedding.
The bathrooms and towels weren't as clean as it should have been. Showers especially.
The mirror walls are very confusing, especially when you look at the pictures provided on website. It makes the place look bigger but in reality it is just confusing.
Lounge couch very uncomfortable, and if you are 5 guests there is not a lot of comfortable seating for everyone.
