At the reception
1 The fact that you are required to pay key deposit of R1000 in cash, which i wasn't informed of before check in 2 The fridge Deep freezer was broken and never froze 3 The Owner was rude at check out, has to wait for hours to be given my deposit 4 Money for cleaning was deducted from the deposit, and this was never pre-discussed. The cleaner is forced to come clean, and you must pay her from your pocket, this is the ast time I am using these property
