Nice and cozy apartment with a swimming pool and beautiful garden.

Everything was fine, perhaps a too-simple interior, but fair for the price.

Pool was nice, grounds were well maintained.

Uncomfortable sofa, late check-in time 4 pm.

The floor and surfaces were spotless. We cleaned it because we have a crawling baby and there was absolutely nothing to come out - it was perfectly cleaned. The kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is great and clean - it is sunny there after 12 o’clock. The garden is gorgeous.

The apartment is on the last floor and is in direct sunlight from the morning to the afternoon. It is very very very worm because of this in the apartment. Of course there are two air conditioners - in the kitchen and in the bedroom, however, we are with a baby under 1 year old and we cannot keep her in a room with air conditioner. The moment you stop it there are 5-10 min for it to get 30 degrees again. There are no mosquito nets on the doors or windows so that you can open them at least during the night with no worries. The bathroom is not very pleasant, it is not very clean nor is it recently renovated. There are also people who live there - owners of apartments in the complex. There was an extremely rude man jn his late 50s who did not speak Bulgarian not maybe very good English. I was waiting for my young nephew 11 years old girl at the entrance of the complex with my baby. I left the yard door slightly open so that she can come in from the street (it gets locked when closed). So I am waiting for her having full visibility to the yard door and this rude RUDE man starts shouting at me and my children to have the yard door closed and walks passed me and goes to close the door while my small girl nephew is across the street coming in. I am asking him to stop at least 10 times but he closes the door so I leave the baby to go and open the door again to my nephew and he starts shouting at me “I live here. Close door!!” He does not understand anything that I am explaining and continues shouting and cursing me in german. So the people there are absolutely horrible.
