Świetna lokalizacja, apartament usytuowany na IV piętrze (bez windy), piękny widok z apartamentu. Możliwość skorzystania z basenu, wszystko wliczone w cenę apartamentu. Małe niedogodności z postaci np. znaczna ilość krzeseł na tarasie była na tyle uszkodzona, że nie można było z nich korzystać. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutów. Klimatyzatory usytuowane w salonie i obu sypialniach. Teren w całości ogrodzony łącznie z parkingiem. Przy basenach mały bar, który już funkcjonował, a byliśmy jeszcze przed głównym sezonem. Pościele i ręczniki czyste, łazienki również. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe urządzenia.
