I loved the little park that was right behind the apertment. We travelled with a dog so it was nice to have such a nice and cool park to walk around for him to do his business. Would recommend for pet travellers.
The location is a bit away anything super interesting, but that was not our main goal anyway. We needed an affordable place to stay while visiting Opatija which turned out to be great!

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Schön war das diverse Artikel in den Schränken bereits zur Verfügung standen. Der Zugang hat schnell und reibungslos geklappt. Es war ruhig und sauber. Parkplatz lag direkt vor der Wohnung.
Die Umgebung ist nicht schön, was aber bei einem kurzen Stop überhaupt nicht stört.

Appartamento nuovissimo e pulito! Piccolo, ma con tutto quello che serve, mi è piaciuta la divisione in due stanze bagno: una per il wc e un'altra per doccia lavandino e lavatrice. Ho apprezzato trovare qualcosa in dispensa e il necessario per la colazione. Bella e tranquilla la posizione. Siamo state benissimo, la proprietaria gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Consiglio sicuramente!
Nel bagno non c'è il bidè. Essendo arrivate un po' tardi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare non proprio davanti a casa, ma comunque tutto il parcheggio è gratuito.
