Мне понравилось месторасположение , кондиционер и цена
Моя жена убирала всю квартиру, в каждом уголке вы найдете кучу пыли , кровать тоже застелена не выстиранным одеялом . 5 этаж лифта нет , балкон очень низкий нужно быть аккуратными если вы с детьми. В квартире уйма всего ненужного такого как 300 чашек 100 тарелок, куча пакетов и разной всячины . В каждой тумбочке вы что-то ненужное найдете. Хозяину нужно просто 90% квартиры выкинуть в мусорку и оставить все необходимое…

Amplio y muy bien equipado aprtamento en la parte alta de Rijeka, en una zona muy tranquila y con cómodo acceso al centro de la ciudad. Buena comunicación con el propietario que es amable y está siempre dispuesto. Bonita vista desde el balcón. Habitación cómoda y luminosa. Cocina amplia y baño funcional con excelente ducha. Parking en el exterior del edificio. Pasamos unos hermosos días.
Un aspecto a tener en cuenta es que el apartamento está en un quinto piso al que se accede solo por escaleras. A nosotros no nos afectó (somos una pareja mayor)...es más, lo tomamos como una rutina aeróbica, pero a algunas personas con dificultades de movilidad puede significarles inconvenientes.
