Apartment Paula

L’appartement était très bien situé et super bien équipé. Il y avait de très nombreux équipements à disposition ce qui était très pratique ! Nous étions en voiture et nous avons toujours trouvé une place dans la rue juste à côté. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous vous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

No sun on balcony, hair drier not working

Well-equipped apartment – all cleaning supplies, full kitchen accessories, and an air fryer, perfect for preparing local seafood from the nearby store. Parking was easy (max 100m from the apartment). The pool in the complex looked great, though I didn’t get a chance to use it. Mike was super friendly and helpful- I love his hospitality

It’s a pity that the balcony view is of the rooftops of other apartments rather than a direct ocean view like most of the nearby haciendas.

The location is brilliant. We walk a lot so for us everything was walking distance(Siam Park 25mins, Siam Mall 30mins, Supermarket 5min, Beach 15mins). The place is clean the kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need. There is a Samsung smart TV in the room with netflix etc. From the balcony you can both see the Teide and the sea, really good view.

I hate to write anything bad because the host was super nice but I have to be realistic. The apartment is absolutely not ideal for a good sleep. The walls are incredibly thin and the neighbours are crazy loud. On the 2nd evening someone had a house party above us. Drunk, loud Spanish shouting until 3am. Then another night someone was hoovering at midnight. Then someone was hammering after 10pm. To make things worse there is a window that opens to a corridor that is constantly bright. Unless you have shades for your eyes the room is too bright for a good sleep. The bed is moderately comfortable.
