    This is our third consecutive year visiting Hokkaido, and we have stayed at Karaksa Hotel Sapporo every year! 🥰 It has become one of our familiar go-to hotels whenever we visit Sapporo. For our first night this time, we were allocated a room that was just perfect! The room size and layout were really good, making the space comfortable and practical for our stay. We were also assigned a room located between the lift and staircase, which was pretty convenient and not bad at all. 😊 It is always nice to return to a hotel we are familiar with, especially when the room meets our expectations. Looking forward to staying here again on our future Hokkaido trips! ❤️🍁

    We have always stayed at Karaksa Hotel Sapporo whenever we visit Sapporo, and this was our third consecutive year visiting Hokkaido and staying at this hotel, each time with a different group of people. 😊 So, we are quite familiar with the hotel and its convenient location. However, during our last 3-night stay, we were quite disappointed with the room allocation. The room assigned to us had an unfavourable size and layout, making it less comfortable compared to our previous stays. To make matters worse, our room was located at the very end near the staircase, which was not ideal. We were hoping for a better room allocation, especially as returning guests. Another point to note is the overnight parking fee, which is relatively expensive for the city area. The parking is charged per entry, so if you are driving, it is best to plan your itinerary carefully to avoid going in and out of the car park too frequently. 🚗 Despite these downsides, the hotel’s location remains a major advantage, and we have continued to choose it for our Sapporo trips over the years. Hopefully, the room allocation can be improved for future stays, as we would love to continue returning to this hotel on our next Hokkaido trip! ❤️
