Enjoy relaxing days in our apartment sundeck 31. The spacious, open-plan living-dining area is equipped with a comfortable sofa area, TV and a wood-burning stove, which provides warmth even on colder days. In the light-flooded dining area you can already enjoy the sun during breakfast. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. One with box spring bed (1,60x2,00m) and one with duo couch (2x 0,90x2,00m). Start your day in the bathroom with a spa shower or let it fade away with a glass of wine on the balcony. We offer smoke and pet free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We offer protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter. Please note: The apartment is located in a newly built beach park. The construction phase is not yet complete, so it may be possible for construction to take place during your stay. For this reason, we have calculated reduced rental rates. Wir fanden die Fewo super und ausreichend für 1 Woche. Bei längerem Aufenthalt finden wir den Schrank im 2. Zimmer zu klein und auch das Bett ungünstig. Die Lage ist top. Trotz vieler Nachbarn mit Kindern, hat man nichts gehört. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen 🙂

Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Es ist alles wichtige da, toll eingerichtet.
Sehr tolle Terrasse.
In der Nähe alles zu fuß schnell zu erreichen
Strand, Restaurant, Supermarkt und bäcker nur 5 min.

Leider haben wir im gesamten Apartment fremde Haare etc. auffinden müssen. Der Boden war unfassbar dreckig. Das Geschirr war völlig verdreckt und die Matratzen durchgelegen.
Die Lage ist ein Traum und es ist auch sehr ruhig alles - allerdings würden wir nicht noch einmal dieses Apartment/Block anmieten.
