This is an incredible property in a superb location inside Domme's ramparts and next to one of the main 'gate'/entrances, with a beautiful mature garden and incredible views over the countryside. Free parking outside was a bonus.
The tasteful and traditionally decorated bedrooms and bathrooms were large and well appointed and aircon in the bedrooms useful for hot days. However, it is the warm and friendly welcome you receive from owners Helen and Francois (and their four cute little dogs) that makes this property really stand out. They are happy to offer tips for the local area too. You feel like you are welcomed house guests, not just paying to stay in a hotel or B&B. Their generous breakfast, served under the trees in their garden was delicious and plentiful and the hot tub and small plunge pool were perfect at the end of a hot and busy day of sight-seeing. Why stay anywhere else in Domme or the local area?
