Posizione ottima, a tre minuti dalla piazza principale. Appartamento con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Assistenza da remoto sempre presente.

L'aspetto dell'ingresso principale è un po' trascurato, c'è l'erba sulle scale, consiglio di sistemare. La camera da letto è sul soppalco e i muri sono a volta, quindi se siete alti è un po' scomodo.

Everything was great. Firstly, the owner helped us with any questions. He also shared great recommendations. Thank you! Location was great and there wasn't a lot of noise. The apartment was perfect for a family with 1-2 kids and has everything you need. They were cleaning the apartment every 2 days.

Nothing, maybe a few cleaning products for Long term stayers would be nice but it wasn't a problem for us.

Our stay at Dimora Almadia in Monopoli was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Its location was ideal—within easy walking distance from restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring Monopoli. It’s in the old town. Francesco was an exceptional host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to answer any questions we had. Whenever we needed anything, he responded quickly and was more than happy to help, making our stay completely stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend Francesco’s apartment to anyone visiting Monopoli. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Francesco, for helping make our holiday so memorable!

L’emplacement idéal, à proximité de tout, la grandeur de l’appartement quand on est deux, le coin chambre séparé du coin salon, les balcons, la facilité d’accès et la présence d’un coin cuisine avec machine à laver, qualité/prix assez satisfaisant

Aucune petites attentions en arrivant ce qui est un peu dommage : pas de bouteilles d’eau, pas de gel douche, pas de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain, prises un peu anciennes qui ne permettent pas de brancher tous les appareils (notamment un autre sèche cheveux autre que celui présent) + on voit que le ménage est fait très rapidement même si c’est acceptable ce n’est pas niquel
