Flat 508 Recife

O Flat 508 do senhor Genildo é simplesmente a extensão da nossa casa.Ele é exatamente como nas fotos,tem duas televisões,dois ar condicionado,tem um chuveiro maravilhoso e relaxante. Sem contar que o proprietário foi super compreensível e paciente,já que a nossa comunicação estava falhando devido a internet está ruim e mais alguns contratempos da viagem,mas ele super entendeu e deu tudo certo. As roupas de cama e banho super cheirosas,o flat limpo e arrumado,tem panelas,talheres,pratos, xícaras, cafeteira,pratos ,jarras e outras coisas,caso a pessoa queira fazer uso. O flat tem um terraço com uma vista espetacular e uma piscina muito boa e aproveitamos bastante,abre as 08:00 horas e também uma academia que abre as 05:30 e a gente consegue malhar super de boa. O flat está próximo do aeroporto,da pracinha de Boa Viagem e da Paróquia Nossa Senhora d Boa Viagem,com horário das missas todos os dias as 17:00 horas e aos domingos,08:30,11:00,16:00 horas ( pra nós que somos Católicos,sempre buscamos ficar perto da igreja). Também fica perto de bancos, farmácias,pensão de comida, restaurantes, supermercados,tem uma Localiza bem de frente pra janela do quarto. Os funcionários são todos solícitos e simpáticos e a entrada no prédio é super moderna e rápida. Sempre que voltar em Recife,se tiver vagas ficarei no flat 508.

Não é que eu não tenha gostado,mas a rua é de grande movimento,se a pessoa tiver um sono leve,pode incomodar.Pra gente não atrapalhou em nada e também tem um valão que passa de frente para o prédio e mostra o quanto muita coisa precisa mudar,mas tbm não depende só dá prefeitura. Algumas pessoas em situação de rua usam o espaço como casa e deixam lixos espalhados por toda extensão,mas a companhia de limpeza faz o seu trabalho.

Decent location though towards the end in south part of Boa Viagem, somewhat big & slight view of sea only from bedrrom between buildings. Great staff!

Outdated unit especially for price, view from majority of apartment (living/dinning room) sees old rooftops & hospital. Walking in unit in socks you'll really notice it's not that clean, has old-school furniture, table cloths etc. Well enough equipped gym but also outdated and dirty. At check-in, owners old credit card machine wouldn't connect to building wifi so during the check-in process, he put my card was declined through booking.com when in actuality it's his old data phone machine that wouldn't work. Seemed almost like covering his side through website with me possibly losing the reservation & end up looking like it were my fault... Kind of suspect... So be ready with data plan or have to pay cash. He asked front desk clerk to ask me to go to ATM but with foreign card atm fees, that'd would've been costly for my part even though the listing offers payment via card. Clerk and I had to connect to personal shared data from phone to get credit card machine to work.

Apartamento organizado, bem localizado, perto da praia, academia e restaurantes.

O banheiro poderia ter uma ducha. A vassoura acho anti higiênica.

You can leave your luggage with the receptionist after your check out, that was nice and conveniant. The bed is confortable.

We were very much looking forward to stay at this place due to all the very good reviews on Booking.com. However from the start it was complicated. We are a swiss couple and therefore we don't have PIX or a brazilian credit card. It was only possible to pay cash, which was annoying since we didn't know that before arrival. So we waited about an hour for the host to show up to solve the problem. The apartment itself is very outdated. There was a bag with the dirty laundry from the last guests. The floor was rather dirty and in the bathroom behind the door it was still dusty with some hair liying around. On the tv table of the bedroom, there was some kind of sticky liquid on the surface. The WIFI has very poor connection. We ve been there only for one night so it was not that big of a deal afterall, but we wouldn't book it again.
