Well-equipped cosy apartment, close to the promenade, restaurants and the ferry to Monte Isola.

This was a very cosy and clean apartment, full of light and with a well-equipped separate kitchen, large bathroom, ample storage and a single bed plus double bed in the same area. The hosts were very helpful, giving useful information on arrival, plus also helping with booking a taxi to the airport.

Only a minor discomfort, but I would suggest placing some form of cushioning between the pillows and the shelf unit at the top of the bed as it was easy to knock ones head

Great place but much could be improved

Great location in the centre of Iseo, a lot of space, very safe

Very noisy, dishwasher was broken, coffee machine was missing, we were told not to use the airco while it was raining because that would be dangerous, just 2 small and 2 bigger towels for three nights and days.

Asked to leave baggage early but was a problem. Address was not clear ended up at a store...had to go to store and the owner of store show us the apartment. No enough cooking pans.

Clean, comfortable perfect location and special host

Very clean and up to covid standards. Mari was very welcoming and explain everything in details. Gave us tip for places to visit. Apartment is very well equipped, location is superb next to the station and 1min to the lake.

Nice view of the lake from the kitchen window.

Location was excellent, just a 15-20 min walk from the tiny train station, and very close to the historic heart of the town. Didn't realize that on Tuesdays, there is a mercatino where vans opened up into stalls selling all manner of things, including cooked food as well as fresh produce in the main town square. There is also an Italmark supermarket and an automated laundry on Via Roma, the street behind the train station, about a 25 min walk from the property.

The living room, where the beds are situated, could have done without the extra sofa seats which cluttered the living room somewhat. Also, the noise made by passers-by on the street could be heard even with windows closed and the rubbish truck can be heard roaring away in the early hours of the morning though that is no fault of the property owners.

Our stay started on the wrong foot: we informed Mari in advance what time we will arrive. We ended up waiting for 50 minutes at a parking lot to get the keys! We texted her many times and took 40 minutes to get a response that she has arrived to the spot we told we are waiting at (5 min walk from the apartment) No apology for the delay. Very noisy location during weekends. We stayed 2 nights: Saturday through Monday. On Saturday night, there was a lot of noise from restaurants outside. We even woke up at 01:30 to a loud argument on the street. Fortunately Sunday night was more quiet. The shower was not working well even though Mari told us it was not a problem: the water gathered in the bathtub up to 30 cm high.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Beautiful apartment with fully equipped kitchen in a lovely renovated building on pedestrian street leading to the lake. Great location with lake, restaurants, bars nearby. Lovely views. Mari is a very helpful host.

Lack of facilities - all kitchen cupboards out of use. No crockery, cutlery, glasses or cooking utensils. We were only supplied with paper plates, plastic/picnic cutlery. Could not even make tea or coffee until we purchased our own mugs. Unable to use any self catering facilities so had to eat out. Had we been aware of this, we would have booked a hotel! However, location excellent and Iseo was beautiful.

Nice Location but noisy neighbourhood

Location was excellent and the host spent over an hour telling us all about the apartment through google translate which was very kind of her as she spoke no English and we spoke no italian

Apartment is on a busy street with a busy bar opposite open till 2am. ( bar Sucre ) It was very noisy and one night so bad that I shouted out of the window to be quiet. There are also a lot of vehicles going past from 6am which woke us each day as well.

Gerne wieder

Die Lage der Wohnung war so schön! Mitten in Iseo mit Seeblick. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen und die Garage erreichte man in zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Mari hat alles erklärt und war immer erreichbar. Wir konnten auch die Garage länger nutzen am Abreisetag! Alles in allem, empfehlenswert!

Der Wasserdruck im Bad war optimierungsfähig und hier könnte auch ein bißchen nachgebessert werden. Aber kein Grund zu reklamieren.

o vacanță pe care nu o vom uita

Vacanța noastră ar fi fost un coșmar dacă nu era Mari. Bagajul de cală al prietenei mele s-a pierdut și rămăsese doar cu hainele de pe ea, dar Mari ne-a sărit în ajutor și, printr-o cunoștință cu un magazin de haine, ne-a împrumutat câteva lucruri până la recuperarea bagajului. Apartamentul este frumos, curat și amplasat chiar în centru, ceea ce ne-a permis să ajungem ușor oriunde; uneori poate fi mai gălăgios, dar nu a fost o problemă. Amabilitatea lui Mari ne-a salvat vacanța și îi vom fi mereu recunoscători.

Singurul lucru care nu ne-a placut a fost dusul. Presiunea foarte slaba, a trebuit sa desfac dusul sa ma spal cu furtunul caci mergea mai bine.

Een erg fijn verblijf in een mooie omgeving

Iseo is en blijft onze favoriete bestemming. De omgeving is prachtig en het plaatsje erg charmant. Je kunt er heerlijk fietsen en wandelen. De accommodatie is prachtig en ligt maar op 50 meter van het gezellige centrum. Je kunt vanaf het balkon heerlijk de voorbijgaande mensen observeren. Het appartement is heel gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. De host is zeer betrokken en probeert het je erg naar de zin te maken.

De communicatie met de host verliep erg stroef, ze spreekt geen woord engels of duits. Het enige wat tegenviel was de douche. Deze gaf afwisselend koud en warm water.

Echt een aanrader !

Perfecte locatie, loopafstand naar de trein is 700 meter, appartement is midden in het centrum boven de winkels, veerboot 200 meter. Een top locatie !!. Klein strandje op loopafstand, 500 meter richting de camping. Prachtig stadje!

Één minpuntje, de douche in het bad gaf alleen heet of koud water, zeer moeilijk in te stellen

Traumhafte Lage am See und zentral zum Städtchen

Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt am See. Den See sieht man ein wenig vom Küchenfenster aus. Unten im Hof des Gebäudes ist direkt ein Cafe. Der Empfang von Marie war sehr freundlich.( nur Italienisch) englisch (anderer Mitarbeiter)die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist Geschmacksache. Es ist alles vorhanden und sauber. Es steht ein drittes Bett mit im Zimmer.Die Spülmaschine war zur Zeit defekt, aber ich hätte sie sowieso nicht gebraucht. Alles wird wirklich durch die traumhafte Lage unwichtig. Allerdings darf man wirklich nicht so empfindlich sein, wenn es um den Lärm geht. Man ist eben auch mitten im wunderschönen Städtchen Iseo. Da hört man schon etwas von dem Treiben.

Die Dusche ( in der Badewanne)war verkalkt, Marie hat sich aber gleich darum gekümmert. Der Druck ist und bleibt aber tatsächlich sehr gering.

Bell’appartamento in pieno centro, molto funzionale e dotato di tutti i servizi e comodità, tra cui posteggio coperto. Il prezzo è proporzionato per soggiorni di una o due notti (che comportano pulizie, cambio biancheria e lenzuola, …) mentre dovrebbe essere ridotto per permanenze di una settimana e oltre. La signora Mariella è persona squisita, gentile e professionale. Unico neo è il mobilio senza pretese e combinato alla meglio che non dà il giusto valore che l’appartamento merita. Comunque ci tornerei con immenso piacere.

Appartamento molto accogliente, dotato di tutti comfort e in una posizione super centrale. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano e non è molto insonorizzato. Nonostante la bassa stagione, non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio fino all'una visto che si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni (soprattutto il chiacchierare delle persone, non necessariamente urlare, ma semplicemente chiacchierare). Basterebbe forse cambiare gli infissi con qualcosa di più insonorizzato.

Posizione centrale, è un bellissimo appartamento zona centrale in una casa d'epoca meravigliosa ❤️ Ci siamo sentiti a casa,coccolati.La signora Mariella è una padrona di casa attenta e squisita,suo figlio che risponde al telefono x qualsiasi esigenza è un uomo molto gentile ed è multilingue.Noi siamo molto contenti di aver conosciuto tramite loro la storia di questa stupenda struttura.Grazie di cuore.Ci rivedremo presto!!!

Super Lage, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge. Vermieterin war immer erreichbar. Die zentrale hauseigene Tiefgarage ist im Sommer ihre 8€ wert. Top: Unsere Mountainbikes durften wir im Zimmer abstellen. Wir kommen wieder.

De lokatie was super. Gelegen aan een winkelstraat en 50 m van het Isomeer. Het onderkomen bevond zich in een gebouw uit de 14e eeuw. Je voelde de historie 'hautnah'.

N.v.t. We waren zeer content met het onderkomen. Voor 2 personen is de ruimte prima.
