The property was in a stunning location and we will be re booking next year.

The wifi didn’t work in the bedrooms so using kindle’s in bed wasn’t possible so a booster would be good.

The cottage was ideal for a quiet getaway and we really enjoyed staying there, using it as a base to explore Anglesey.

The property is remote enough to be really quiet and tranquil, but not too far from civilisation

Possibly just need a newer car to handle the shared driveway! It was a bit rough on the old suspension

Location was easy to find thanks to the directions from the host. Superb views, nice and tranquil. Everything was provided and of good standard. Perfect for what we wanted.

Wonderful, peaceful, comfortable with a lovely view

The location was wonderful and the house was very comfortable. We had a lovely peaceful stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean.

We liked the remoteness of the house however make sure you stock up in Beaumaris before you go as there are no coffee shops, supermarkets close by. We stayed for three days and it would have been nice to have a few basics like toilet paper and soap available. When we realised we had run out it was a bit of a pain to have to go into town to get the basics.

Really was pleasantly surprised !

Beautiful views of the Menai Straits and lovely walks from the cottage.

Nothing to do with the cottage - ideal. However........At Newborough dogs are not allowed on the picturesque walk t,o the lighthouse. The Bull Inn at Beaumaris only allows dogs in the ( very wet ) courtyard and Bodnant Gardens have now changed their policy to dogs only allowed on Fri; Sat and - when it's crowded ! The cottage itself was very dog friendly and relaxed.

The cottage was extremely cozy and had all the facilities we needed. The surroundings were lovely and the views outstanding. The location was convenient for lots of local attractions, but remote enough to have all the peace and quiet you need.

loved the location!!!! Having the open fire on an evening was loved by all as well…. including the dog. it was great that there was some coal to use as well.

cooker cooked things unbelievably quickly…. picked up on that quick time though… it was hardly a problem!

Beautiful relaxing cottage in the perfect location and the views are stunning

We missed the coffee table in the lounge to play board games on. Having a neighbour’s child running round the garden and our car with a stick and opening gates when we have a dog was a little off putting! The fire wasn’t cleaned out, we had to clean and empty it before we could use it. Curtains hanging off rails we had to climb to hock them up. When I informed the owner in the early evening we had no hot water I was not happy with the answer of we will try resetting the system in the morning (we would of left by then) but when later we had no water at all (burst main- nothing the owner could have done) they did offer to move us to alternative accommodation. I think this should of been offered earlier when it was light and early enough to move my family.

Warm, cosy and homely cottage. Would definitely recommend.

It was so quiet, no car noise at all! Beautiful view with the most amazing sunrise and sunsets! The cottage is really warm and cosy and brilliant for the dogs as when wet they could be shut off in the kitchen. Had a lovely homely feel and everything we needed for a weeks stay. Howard was really helpful too when we had a problem with getting some pills delivered. Nothing was too much trouble. The dogs had a great field to romp around in right next to the cottage (if you had an escape artist they could easily get out of the garden.). With all the lovely walks on Anglesey they should be tired enough to just curl up in front of the fire though! Would definitely stay here again.

scenery beautiful from the window, quiet, easy access .Lovely and warm and clean. Great size and had everything you would need . We have had a number of breaks now like this and this is definitely our favourite place we have stayed in , highly recommend it but if mobility is an issue it is a little hilly to walk but not too much
