Kitchen - Washing Machine, Fridge with ice box, Dining table for 4, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee bean grinder and filter coffee machine. Ceramic hob and oven/grill. Stable door accesses terrace/patio area.
Sitting Room - Glazed door accesses terraced patio area. Sofa's, 42" smart TV, Log effect gas fire
Outdoors - Sunny and sheltered south-facing terraces. Bistro set for 2, outside dining set for 4, parasol, Charcoal BBQ (please bring charcoal).
Parking - Street parking, if available, (first come first served but please be considerate to local residents) or on The Green where there is a daily/weekly charge.
Children - Booster seat, travel cot (no bedding supplied) and stair gate available on request

Lovely property - clean, well presented and kitchen is well equipped. It's location is great and a short walk from all amenities. Parking isn't available near the property, but a council car park is a short walk away.
