The location is amazing, it is close to the bus stop for Avoriaz and to the town centre also the bus stop so it was perfect for us. The room was very spacious and the there was lots of space for cupboard. (but we stayed in the triple room)
There is no lift (and we stayed in the 4th floor, a bit though after a whole day of snowboarding), the toilet is super small, we barely fitted in but a large person definitely could not fit, and could be difficult to wash kids in there. No hairdresser in the room. Breakfast was pretty basic and the eggs were terrible but we were happy overall.

Great location, comfy beds and overall good value for money
Very basic and the rooms could do with modernisation. Having said that, we were there for 2 nights and spent the days on the slopes and the evenings in the town.

Its a place where you go if all othere are full
No fire signalling, no elevator and we were 4th floor, carpet in room sticky and dirty, most furniture repaired. The place is a typical tourist money machine with young staff. Hope no fire breaks out.
