tourist cashcow, choice another place if you can
Its a place where you go if all othere are full
No fire signalling, no elevator and we were 4th floor, carpet in room sticky and dirty, most furniture repaired. The place is a typical tourist money machine with young staff. Hope no fire breaks out.

We had the best time in Morzine such a wonderful it just needs a refurbish it’s more like a hostel not a hotel , the bre
The location
It needs an upgrade the rooms are miserable very basic ok just to sleep in but unbearable to be in during the day not everybody is out all day the bar and restaurant is closed alot so nowhere to get any refreshments and no kettle in room or glasses for water . My son is 6 ft and he could barely fit in the bathroom and he couldn’t fit in the shower it was very tight . The views were stunning and again the location was amazing .

Good location, very poor/damp room
The location was good and the bar and breakfast areas were good as well, although the breakfast was a bit basic but ok
Lots! Damp and mouldy wall. Fan broken in bathroom so also constantly damp. Radiator didn't work so just an electric heater in room (couldn't dry wet ski stuff on this). Only one plug so couldn't plug in heater and charge phones. Not enough hooks in rooms (should be some above heater to dry ski gear. Very disappointed with the rooms. No WiFi either

It feels the hotel is doing its best to be low cost - it was too far for us.
The location, the price was attracctive. Balcony. The view form the balcony was nice. The lady at the breakfast and dinner entrance was very friendly.
We were shocked to be asked at check-in to take the garbage with us when leaving and to remove the bed sheets and place them in a basket. This is very unusual and quite bizarre. The receptionist was not friendly. There is no elevator. We had to carry our heavy luggage to the second floor. The reception service is unacceptable — it operates only a few hours a day. Most of the time, the reception desk is unattended. We ordered two separate beds but received one double bed, with an additional mattress placed above the wardrobe, accessible by a ladder. It was very uncomfortable. The room was extremely basic. The shower and toilet are very narrow, with pink plastic walls, which gives a very low-cost feeling. The room and the entire building lack proper, ongoing maintenance. Wifi only on reception area not in rooms.

Basic but good and would stay again
Location, breakfast, comfy beds
The heating in the room was not working properly as radiators needed bleeding. We were provided with additional heaters. It was inconvenient that the reception closed from 12.30-4.30pm as we couldn’t leave our bags anywhere and ski in the on the first day. We could have paid for lockers on m the town which was not so convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reception availability
Location
No curtains with just a drape meant limited privacy and woke up early with the light from outside Check in from 4.30pm is too late when people are travelling. Reception should be open from 2.30 to welcome guests arriving tired and looking forward to getting rested and ready for the evening and next day

Grim
We arrive outside check in hours and we aren’t allowed to use bag storage until reception reopened in the evening. When we returned in the evening it was the same staff member that we spoke to when we arrived that unlocked the bay storage for us so not sure why they couldn’t let us use it when we arrived. Room stank of vomit. We complained and go told it was the smell of raclette from the kitchen. They sent a cleaner anyway and the cleaner said it was disgusting and there was nothing she could do. She told reception and they sent an industrial cleaner with chemicals. The smell of the chemicals was worse than the vomit and gave us nausea and prevented sleep. 1 Month later our baggage and clothes all still stink of the chemicals

A very below average experience.
the bar was OK.
A very average French Hotel, more like a hostel. Room was cold, as the radiator didn't work but got a heater from reception. Breakfast was pretty poor but showed a massive improvement when a load of French Guests arrived. On the last morning I had an early airport transfer at 07.10, I knocked at the dining room to ask if I could at least get a cup of coffee at about 7am and was flatly told NO, that the dining room did not open until 07.30 and I could not even have a coffee - really bad as I had paid for breakfast on the last day.
