Il Tulipano Apartment With Patio

De locatie van het ruime appartement is fantastisch: in de leukste, gezelligste, minst toeristische wijk van Florence. Op loopafstand van..alles! En het heerlijke tuintje is geweldig! Begane grond, maar geen geluidsoverlast van de straat.

Wat ik miste waren wat kussentjes voor op de tuinstoelen en eetkamerstoelen; die waren wel erg hard om ontspannen te kunnen zitten.

Very nice flat on the ground floor. Charming little garden. Suitable for a family with small kids. We were able to leave the pram at the entrance, once we managed to get it through the main door. Close to pharmacy and small supermarket and easy access to several touristic spots. We appreciate the staff giving us the keys waited for us.

The sofa bed in the living was not the most comfortable, but decent to sleep for a couple of nights. It tooks us time to understand how to regulate the heating. It would be useful to have some short written instructions.

Florence is very walkable, so everything I wanted to go to was 10-25 minutes away. It was also nice to be so close to the pharmacy and restaurants. And I appreciated that the apartment is on the ground floor. It was easy to get in with my big bags. It was a very nice property, very comfortable and super comfortable bed. It was also probably the biggest shower I've had in Italy. I would stay there again.

While I appreciated that the city is very environmentally friendly, I don't think that, as the guest, I should've had to take out the trash before leaving. I think that should be the housekeeping staff. I don't know if that's standard in Florence or not. But it was extra hassle to try and get the trash taken out a block or so away when I was trying to packed up and out the door to my next location.

Хозяин встретил нас в день заезда, но при встрече сообщил, что квартиру предоставляет другую. В квартире с патио случилась протечка, которую нельзя быстро устранить. Замена оказалась очень достойная - апартаменты с дорогим видом, несколькими спальнями и двумя ванными. Мы могли выбирать, в какой комнате спать, а по вечерам отдыхали на тенистом балконе с великолепным видом на собор.

В квартире был сломан кондиционер. При заселении хозяин обещал, что его починят за пару дней. Однако за неделю нашего проживания так и не устранил неисправность. В дни нашего отпуска стояла жара больше 30 градусов. Ночью было трудно спать даже с открытыми окнами. Мы писали об этом хозяину, он обещал принести второй вентилятор, но не сделал этого и даже не объяснился, почему не пришёл. А больше всего нас разочаровала коммуникация с хозяином. На наши вежливые сообщения о трудности со сном и просьбы решить вопрос скорее, хозяин просто не отвечал. Хотя было видно, что сообщения он читает. Также он не ответил и на наши сообщения и вопросы насчёт отъезда. Даже не попрощался. Такая реакция оставила крайне неприятное впечатление, так как мы не чувствовали ни участия, ни проявления ответственности, ни элементарной вежливости от владельца. В первый раз с таким отношением сталкиваемся.
