Wonderful location

Cozy, clean, furniture very well designed, kitchen very well equipped, ideal for a relaxing vacation. Parking just in front of the apartement, or just 2 minutes walk (you can temporarily park at the front door to unload the luggage’s anyway. The apartments are in the heart of Petit Coo and have been beautifully renovated. The building was originally the Baron Hotel, in the same family for more than 100 years.

Very disappointing. Noisy neighbourhood, not a place for relaxation.

The apartment was relatively clean.

Location during our stay was very disappointing. The village put up a “Christmas Market” which surrounded the hotel, making it a very busy and noisy place. Concerts and open air parties in the evenings, lasting well after midnight. After the shows rowdy drunk patrons relieving themselves right in front of the hotel. We left four days early. When asking for a refund the owner refused to recognise our complaints. (Also, no free parking nearby. Free spots available only at village cemetery parking lot, but it fills up quickly and not convenient.)

Nice spot for a weekend stay.

It's a nice apartment building with restaurants attached to the building. The sound of the waterfall provides a nice background white noise.

Location was not ideal as closest grocery shop was 30 mins and during F1 weekend taxi prices are extremely expensive.

Our stay in Le Baron apartments have been amazing. The host is extremely nice, always available for any questions we might had and super helpful to make our Formula 1 experience one in a life time. The apartment is really clean and has all the amenities we needed. The location is great if you are travelling to the SPA circuit (10-15 mins by car without traffic) The area is beautiful, and the town has enough bars and restaurants. We are extremely thankful to the property for everything they have done for us!

Best place we’ve visited in Belgium

We booked this place for its location to Spa Franchorchamps F1 Grand Prix. It is to the South of the track in the middle of a beautiful Forrest with waterfalls. Great parking, great restaurants, fantastic views. We were so pleased when we drive straight to the track and back again everyday with virtually no traffic because it was in the opposite direction to the motorway, where everyone else was going!!! The owner of the flat phoned us to let us know different ways we could get back from the track if we did get caught in traffic. She was available on WhatsApp, super friendly and even left us a gift of wine and two F1 souvenir mugs. Gorgeous place

Worst experience ever They just scam people, be aware.

Everything was top quality, the location is good.

I was not allowed to stay at the apartment and was threatened to be put on the street with my Twins & wife, just because my twins were below the age of 12. I was informed of this around 23.00 pm at night, while i did the online required check in at 08.00 am in the morning. Everything was confirmed by the owners and i was told to come collect cu the keys etc. As a customer i never ever came across a place where your kids under 12 are not welcome. Either way i made the mistake of not paying attention, but the owners seen the date of births when i checked in online and still said nothing untill 1 hour before midnight. The owners are so rude i wouldn't recommend anyone using their services. The unprofessional manner of contacting your customers 1 hour before midnight and telling them they should be happy that they can stay 1 night and would have been put on the street if it wasnt so late and on top of this, NO REFUND FOR NOTHING. we paid for 2 days and only stayed 10h max at the apartment.

Very good apartments in a central location in Coo

All necessary amenities were available/good quality. Quiet though central location. Good beds. Spacious bathroom. Clean. All in all a very pleasant stay! 100% recommended.

Great place to stay

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. There are a few little touches that make it stand out, we felt very much at hone. Super clean, and very comfortable. I can’t really find anything negative to say. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She called us to explain a small issue rather than a dismissive email that you might expect.

The immediate surroundings were a bit busier and more touristic than I expected, but that’s my problem for not researching better. The restaurant was closed on Monday, which was unfortunately one of our two nights there. But there are plenty of good food options on the doorstep.

Une belle découverte

L'appartement est parfait. La décoration est faite avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualités. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire indispensable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le petit-déjeuner que nous avions précommandé était copieux et très bon. Tout cela, en plus du cadre magnifique du village de Coo, a fait que notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Notre petit chien aussi a apprécié.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf, van maar 1 nacht op een mooie locatie in de Ardennen

Het is een locatie met mooi uitzicht. Het appartement was erg gezellig ingericht. We werden verwelkomd met een fles wijn en een kaart. De badkamer is fijn, goede douche. De bedden sliepen prima. Er is wel geen lift, we zaten op de derde verdieping. Voor ons en onze hond was dat gelukkig geen probleem.

1 klein minpuntje waar de eigenaars niks aan kunnen doen. Onze bovenburen waren net zo een stel olifanten. En konden goed met de deuren slaan.

Het is enorm proper en gezellig ingericht. Aan alles is gedacht. Ook heel belangrijk, goede bedden. De vriendelijkste eigenares ooit die ons nog heel lief opbelde om ons een aangenaam verblijf te wensen. Ik kom zeker terug!
