Very good nice and clean
No WiFi had to pay each day of stay … as the location was rural phone signal not good so needed the WiFi …on the flip side I did not use my phone as much !!

The location was lovely, peacefull with all the Wildlife, the location, we walked into Woodhall Spa little town, which was delightful, plus the Buses went to Lincoln & Boston, so we did not have to use our car.
Maybe a bigger shop on site.

Nice Jacuzzi
Big size of the room
1. There was no free Wi-Fi.
2. I was not informed in advance that a £100 deposit was required at check-in.
3. I did not receive the room I selected on Booking.com because my booking showed as “no-show,” so a room was automatically allocated to me instead. The room I stayed in was quite old-fashioned.
4. There was no reception available after 5 pm for check-in.
5. I found human hair on the duvet, which was very unpleasant.
6. I tried to contact Hoseasons many times before our trip, but no one took responsibility for resolving the issues , they just kept passing me to third parties
Considering I paid £655 for three nights, I would give this stay 3 stars ⭐️.
