The apartment is modern and conveniently located, just a short walk to the central station.
The owner could be more organised; check-in instructions should be sent in advance,as the building layout is a bit complicated. Also, the place was mostly clean, but I actually found a silverfish in the bed...

It was very clean and had all the facilities we needed! It was located at a good place, not too far from the centre!
It was a bit difficult in the beginning to communicate with the owner but the neighbours were really helpful! As soon as we got in contact, everything was fine! Last but not least, the person who was cleaning was really helpful and helped us with our luggages!

La posizione molto vicina alla stazione è di certo un plus.
La camera da letto è piccolina e con il letto attaccato alla parete chi dorme da quella parte può scendere solo passando sopra colui/ei che dorme accanto.
Avere la macchina per il caffè espresso ma senza cialde non è utile.

The apartment is located near the train station. It is okay for a few days stay in Bologna, if you are planning to be sightseeing during the day and need a place to stay.
The communication with the owner was a bit complicated - there were no instructions on how to get to the apartment before the arrival, as well as no instructions about the Wi-Fi Passwort. Furthermore, the apartment could have been cleaned up more precisely.
