Overall, we had a lovely experience at this hotel. The thermal pools and spa were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. A special thank you to Chiara, Luca, and the team, who were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was marred on the night we celebrated my husband's 65th birthday at La Rocca restaurant. A staff member named Davide ruined the evening by rushing our order and failing to listen properly. Instead of the steak tartare we ordered, he mistakenly brought out a massive 1.3 kg T-bone steak, which is impossible for two people to finish. To make matters worse, he never even asked how we wanted our steak cooked. When we pointed out the error, we received no apologies from him. We chose not to make a scene at the time because the restaurant was full of guests, which we now regret. The next day, we mentioned the incident to reception. Chiara apologized and kindly offered us a free dinner for the following night. However, after such a disappointing experience, we preferred to eat out elsewhere. No alternative resolution—such as removing the mistaken steak from our bill or offering a partial refund—was provided, leaving us €175.00 out of pocket for a wasted meal.

The facilities were stunning in design, and immaculat. The staff was extremely attentive and kind.

This is the only place in Italy where we felt swindled by the hotel staff. Specifically the , services were horrible.
