We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we stayed for longer. The property is perfect and right next to the beach. The cleanliness was spotless and the amenities were great. We put this stay in the middle of a 2 week Disney holiday. The area has a relaxed vibe without being boring. My wife and 15 year old son loved it, as did I. Everything you need is in apartment including a washing machine/detergent, coffee, TV, sitting area, private balcony etc The Manager, Dan, is a credit to the Resort. Really professional and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for anymore. Thanks

It is a nice place. Very clean and welcoming. Although the future outdoors is not the softer furniture that they had last year (not what’s in their pictures). It’s been replaced with new hard style furniture. The dryer was not working. I went to inform the front desk and was told the maintenance staff was gone for the day and would address it the next day. Well, I went down to the front desk the following morning and was told they already knew about it and it would not be fixed until a week after we left. Would have been nice to have been told before or even during our check-in. One of the reasons we like staying here is the ability to do laundry. Also the kitchen sink was not working properly and we had to use a hair tie to get the water to stay on normal flow and not the high pressure spray setting. The water pressure in the showers was also less than desirable. We had a better experience here last year in a different unit. Just feel the maintenance is lacking more this year than last. Would still recommend if they were able to stay on top of their maintenance issues properly
