The apartment was very clean and suited our purpose. Staff was good, not great. Location is great. The layout of the unit was not great-especially one of the bathrooms is right in the middle of the kitchen/living area. So if you want to take a shower in it - you have to walk by everyone in that open room. Bathrooms are designed with dark tile and the lighting is terrible-especially for women trying to get ready for an event. No mirror in bedroom that does not have a bathroom.

We ended up with only 4 guests which worked out to our benefit. Fitting more than 4 people would make it very tight in this unit as there are only 3 rooms. The bedrooms are very generously sized - the living room/kitchen is not - which is where the additional sleeping would be in the couch sleeper. And it has been updated so the photos are not accurate. It was very clean with the exception of the couches. Some issues I/we had: the bathrooms are very dark. Better lighting is needed. No mirror in the 2nd bedroom which does not have a bathroom. Some of the lamps are dated and one was not working. No doormat outside or inside to wipe feet. The dryer on the stacked unit did not work well-took multiple cycles to dry. I reported all to the manager and he said he would get to it but did not write anything down and did not get to anything prior to our leaving. Said there were no doormats available for the unit. Heating the pool in off season would be very nice.

The property was awesome, clean, safe. Excellent Access to the beach. The only issue is the section of the beach that is available to the property. Full of algae with a terrible smell. You can't enjoy the beach next to the property because is a private beach. I'm not sure I would stay there again. Location is great but the whole point of renting at siesta key is the beautiful beach.
